PLANNING BOARD AGENDAS AND MINUTES
The planning board shall function as an advisory body making recommendations to the city council. Specific duties and powers are:
- designated as the local planning agency;
- hear petitions for regulation amendments and make recommendations to city council;
- to hear petitions for zoning district boundary changes and to make recommendations to the city council;
- to review and make recommendations to the city council on preliminary subdivisions plat submissions;
- other planning and zoning maters as specifically assigned by city council.
Planning Board meets the 3rd Thursday of each month at 6:00pm
Meetings are held in the Council Chambers at:
